Crane China, I hand carved each of the 202 hand-thrown ceramic pieces. The set was hand thrown by Eliza Thomas. Every dinner plate is a different one of the 15 crane species. Every dish has plants and creatures from the wetland habitats where the cranes nest. I did this project while I was doing my Book of Cranes.May we protect them and the precious environment for all life!
